What is MiVault?
MiVault is a resident management platform built for sober living, recovery, and transitional housing operators. It handles intake forms, resident records, staff coordination, compliance documentation, and a resident portal — all in one place.
How does pricing work?
Pricing is per home, per month, with unlimited staff seats on every plan. Starter is $49/home for up to 15 residents, Operator is $99/home with unlimited residents, and Premium is $149/home with the full forms library, automated compliance alerts, and the complete resident timeline.
Do I pay extra for staff or admin users?
No. Every plan includes unlimited staff seats. You only pay per home you manage.
Is there a free trial?
Yes — you get a 14-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancelling stops future renewals and you keep access through the end of your current billing period. There are no long-term contracts.
What is your refund policy?
We offer a 14-day refund window from your order date, provided the platform hasn't been substantially used (e.g. onboarding residents, uploading documents, generating completed forms). Refunds are processed by our payments provider, Paddle. See our Refund Policy page for full details.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is protected by authentication and role-based permissions, and resident records are only visible to staff you authorize.
Who owns the data I put into MiVault?
You do. Your resident records, forms, and documents remain your property. You can export your data, and if you cancel, you have a window to retrieve it before it is deleted.
Can residents log in themselves?
Yes. The Resident Portal lets residents complete assigned forms, submit chore and visitor requests, check in weekly, view house resources, and message staff.
How many forms are included?
The full forms library includes built-in intake, care, emergency, compliance, and house management forms with digital signatures, PDF export, and automatic timeline logging. Starter includes the core intake, care, and emergency forms; Operator and Premium unlock the full library.
Do I need to install anything?
No. MiVault runs in your web browser on any device — desktop, tablet, or phone. There's nothing to download or install.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards through our payments provider, Paddle, who serves as the Merchant of Record for all orders.
