How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payments provider, Paddle, who is the Merchant of Record for all MiVault orders. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order, or
- Email support@mivault.app and we will help you.
What's covered
The 30-day window applies to your initial subscription purchase. After the guarantee period, your subscription continues to renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You can cancel anytime — cancelling stops future renewals and keeps access through the end of the current period. Partial-month refunds for cancellations after the guarantee period are at our discretion.
Free trial
If you cancel during your 14-day free trial, you will not be charged.
